Over the past few weeks I've had to come up with a new paradigm for fitness, well, new for me anyway. Summer is just around the corner, or so I keep trying to convince myself... It’s been almost non-stop ‘dreich’ weather. Look it up in the urban dictionary, its Old Scots in origin, but pretty much sums up Auckland too at the moment.
