It seems like everywhere we turn someone is talking about juicing – whether they’re doing it, buying it, or just thinking about it (or confusing juices with smoothies, but that’s another blog post!). We have been starting our days with a juice for years, it started off as a bit of a “hassle” that we built into our routine, from the buying of fresh looking veggies and fruit, to the cutting/sorting of the veggies to the cleaning of the juicer itself; but now we find that we really miss our green juice if we don’t have one.
